shop policies

I accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, & Shopify Pay along with the major credit cards listed at the bottom of the page. I do not accept checks or money orders.

Orders placed via non-instant payment methods like PayPal (which is instant) will ship once payment has cleared (typically 3-5 business days) or when the product is finished, as in the case of custom-made and pre-order items. Some custom-made items will require a deposit, and then once the final payment has been made, they will ship.

Domestic Shipping

    + I am located in the U.S. in the Deep South state of Georgia. 

    + All shipments are made via USPS unless otherwise noted. Wholesale orders, for example, will ship via UPS or FedEx.

    + All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking, and with full insurance on costly items

    + Faster shipping is available upon request via email

International Shipping

    + Includes Canada

    + First Class International packages cannot be insured. We cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss to uninsured packages once they leave our hands. If you don't want to risk possible damage/loss, please contact us and we will give you a quote for insured shipping. This policy includes Canada.

    + Please do not ask me to mark the customs value as lower than the product's true value. I'm sorry for any inconvenience it may cause, but it's my policy.

Refunds or swaps can only be processed for items that have not yet been made, like in the case of custom-dyed yarn. If you accidentally get sent the wrong item, let us know and of course we'll do our best to fix it!

If an item appears to be defective, please kindly e-mail the maker directly and see what can be worked out. Photos may be required to show the defect. Damage that occurred during shipping does not count; it would be handled via an insurance claim that would need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

The data we collect when you place an order, including name, mailing address, e-mail address, etc., will not be sold by us to anyone else. It is only used by us to fulfill your orders. We respect your privacy, and we value you as a customer.
